Aryn

Aryn is like a moving wall, a rippling wave of muscle, and you can only hope the wave moves slowly instead of rushing at you all at once. Her blue skin only adds to the illusion, and her gills mark her out as one of that mysterious deep sea race, a Triton. She’s intimidating for sure, but there’s a pride in the way she carries herself and a fierce glint of honor in her gaze. It’s clear from her easy gait, unhindered by both her armor and the greatsword on her back, that she’s a force to be reckoned with, but her easy smile makes it equally clear that there is more to her than just the blade. She’s an oddity on land, but her particular personality makes sure that she does not lack for friends or clients, as she's been making her money as a professional bodyguard.

Euterpe

Euterpe’s performances are more than just that; at her best, they are an experience, a power, a moment that shines in the memory of all those that have seen her. The raw emotion that she can convey in one movement of her bow, in one twist of her neck or shift of her hair, her skin and hair catching the light and shining, sparkling, blinding those watching her, and yet still they can’t help but watch her. Head half bent over her fiddle, long, blue hair cascading down the side, and her silver skin ever shining, Euterpe can make even the smallest thing a performance. Even not at her best, she’s still a damn good musician, and she knows it. There’s a pull to her, both her songs and just her, that carries through in everything she does, and she draws onlookers everywhere she goes.

Theo

Theo’s young, very clearly, and he’s travelling around on his own. He was on his way to Asset, to see what he could learn there, but he stopped in Penser to see the Competition celebrations. He’s sort of an odd looking human, mostly a lot of gangly limbs that he still doesn’t quite know how to work properly. His bag and belt clink with every step, full to the brim with vials of every shape and size, some filled with liquid, some not. He’s shy, nervous, unsure of himself, but just underneath that he’s brimming full of excitement and wonder and there is nothing so young about him as that wide-eyed look on his face as he tries to see everything all at once.

Vantas

The oldest and the shortest of the group, Vantas has the look of someone more settled. She’s solid, sturdy, with strong muscles rippling under warm red skin and colorful tattoos. Even as she takes up adventuring, exploring, both her magic and her bar keep her grounded, rooted in the earth that she pulls her magic from. Her bar is, of course, the pride of her life, and she’s happy to tell you about it over a beer that she could probably brew better. She’s got that easy-going, comforting, contented smile of a tiefling from Asset, of someone who’s been able to live their life the way they wanted to. Her bright gold eyes are as warm and solid as the rest of her, safe, self-assured, and steady.

Silent Dust

Dust settles. Her large, cat-like eyes almost glow in the shadow of her hood, or any other shadow she places herself in, finding quiet places to tuck herself away. Those large eyes trace any movement as easily as they trace constellations in the night sky. Her holy symbol hangs from her neck, half tucked into her ever-present cloak, only brought out when she wishes to draw attention to herself. While clerics draw gazes the world over, Dust has learned to deflect, to demure, to sidestep those curious glances often thrown the Tabaxi’s way. Her large, almost glowing eyes watch, and wait, and just when she is needed, she steps in. She settles herself in shadows and then waits for the right moment to gather herself up.

Dust left the party after they met a young Kenku who seemed to be bound to the Shadowfell somehow. Most of the time the girl, Nutcracker, was intangible and only her bird of the same name was able to interact with the Prime Material Plane. Nutcracker shared a strange connection with an odd old guidebook that Dust had carried with her for some time, and Dust left with Nutcracker to explore what exactly this book was.
